Happy Friday, friends! I am so excited to share my newest wedding with you today! You may remember Ashleigh and Galen from their National Harbor engagement session, and their wedding day was just as beautiful as their engagement session. Another special aspect of the day was Ashleigh and Galens friends and family that had come from near and far to help celebrate their big day.

Throughout each part of the day, there was such a blending of simple elegance with traditional Korean culture, and we LOVED it! But there was one moment I’ll never forget, because we were some of the only people there: the moment Galen saw Ashleigh for the first time during their first look. He was overcome with emotion in a way we rarely see. It was so sweet that it brought me to tears behind the camera, too.

Ashleigh and Galen, we had so much fun with you both and were more than honored to capture your wedding day. Here’s to your legacy of love!

Every wedding day has a funny moment to look back on! For Ashleigh and Galens wedding day, the rings did’nt make it onto Jinju’s ring bearer collar! But the rings were quickly retrieved and smiles and laughs were in abundant supply in the crowd and at the alter!

After their grand entrance Ashleigh and Galen went and changed into the traditional Korean wedding outfits! These beautiful outfits came all the way from Korea!
