A WINTER ENGAGEMENT SHOOT AT THE NATIONAL HARBOR

Anytime that we’re shooting in the late winter I’m always praying for a little relief from the cold. Especially when for the past week we have been surrounded by a “polar vortex”! Thankfully, on the day of Ashleigh and Galen’s engagement session we got a break from the freezing temperatures. We could not have asked for a more beautiful day for their session!

They picked National Harbor as the setting for their engagement session, because it holds a lot of special memories for them both! We got to get some photos of them on the very bench that Galen proposed to Ashleigh on! I can see why they like to come to this beautiful spot and walk around and sit and talk!
