Normally I hate saying I will be glad to see the past year go, but 2018 is a year I won’t be sorry to say farewell to. This year was HARD in a lot of ways.
But in the midst of it all, 2018 also managed to be a year full of personal growth, learning, succeeding and overcoming hardships. In the midst of grief and struggle, I learned so much about myself, my business, and my value and path forward as a creative.

Our family had to say goodbye for now to my husband’s mother, Doris! This has been a major struggle coming to terms with her passing, but I am just thankful that we will see her again soon. Shortly after that I reached a mile stone in my life by celebrating my 30th birthday. I thought I would always be depressed and anxious hitting 30, but I actually am excited to see where God takes me from here. Then our family gain a new addition, my sweet little niece, Avery. She is the cutest little thing! And this little boy helped to announce is his sisters arrival!

Has anyone ever genuinely feel so touched and moved by their clients after meeting them? That happened a lot this year! I was so blessed to serve and capture so many sweet couples memories as they started a new chapter together as Mr & Mrs!

I had so many favorites that it was so hard to narrow it down, but these are a few of my favorite snap shoots of some beautiful wedding days!

Thank you all so much for a front seat to a love story and trusting me and my team to be there on your big day! I can’t wait to see all the beautiful couples and picture perfect days I will get to part of next year!

And the very end of my year was spent with some of my favorite families! Joy and laughter is so contagious when you are around these wonderful people!

I know many things are going to change for the better in the coming year, and I cant wait to share with everyone what will be coming in 2019! So until then, have a Blessed and Happy New Year!
